In 1982 Smoky Mountain Systems was founded in Franklin NC. It started strictly as a telephone company with the security business following close behind in 1984.  The business continued to grow with Audio Visual, Internet Service and Web Design & Hosting.  In 2001 Smoky Mountain Systems built and moved into their current location at 19 Smoky Mountain Drive in Franklin NC. The company continued to grow and in the summer of 2017 started doing business as SMS Integration and added a 2nd branch location in North Myrtle Beach SC. Lint Security a division of SMS Integration in Gainesville GA has been added in 2017 to the SMS family, now we offer services in the Gainesville NE GA area.
