CH in Highlands NC says "Everybody always takes the time to run their mouth or make a complaint when they are not happy with something.  I wanted to take the time and tell you what a wonderful employee you have in Scottie Newton.  He came out here and did his job very professionally.  I don't have a clue how you do the things you do and that's why we call you.  Scottie never made me feel stupid and talked To me (not Down to me) and actually had me understanding what he was doing.  He was very polite and courteous with Every person he talked to over the two days he was out here.  I just wanted you to know how great of a job he did, and make sure you let him know he is appreciated."
